The requirements analysis phase is the preliminary step in any website development project. Internetrix employs a formal needs analysis process, allowing for the expectations of your project to be mapped out early on. This process allows for the necessary plans and concepts to be created by Internetrix, ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are clearly specified. As part of this phase, Internetrix will define:

• The current state of your website and systems
• Your organisational structure, in addition to the processes that need to be supported in an online setting
• Your objectives in building and/or improving your online presence
• What you hope to achieve as a result of the project

This evaluation process will provide the foundations and background information needed for the remainder of the project phases.
