A sitemap is a graphical representation of the structure of your website, including an indication of the position of each page in the structure, as shown in the example below.

The sitemap and click path analysis stage of the eStrategy cycle allows you to:

• Understand your current site structure
• Develop new sitemap for your website
• Establish a set of click path diagrams, to ensure that the new sitemap accounts for your target audience

Essentially, this process will enable you to review the content requirements for your website.
