Gravity allows the user to create repeatable, easily customisable workflows. Staff can create any number of workflows for the different types of projects and jobs that each unit has to undertake. An example of a workflow that has been assigned to a particular project can be seen in the following screenshot.

The workflows are built using a drag and drop interface from a list of pre-populated tasks that have been defined during the implementation phase of the project. A user can add new tasks, delete tasks that are no longer used, and edit existing ones from a workflow. The screenshot below displays the workflow edit screen.

Workflows can be templated so that they can be reused in multiple cases to avoid creating new workflows each time a project is received. When a workflow template is assigned to a project, a user can customise the workflow structure by adding, removing and editing the details of individual tasks.
