The polling module provides an interactive interface where visitors to your website can provide feedback, voice their opinions and engage with your site. This functionality allows you to present a question on your website, and provide visitors with a set of predefined answers that they can select from. An example website poll can be seen on the NSW Department of Planning City Centres (Wollongong) website shown below.
The main benefits of this module include the ability to collect immediate, organised feedback from website visitors, and the capability of reporting on the outcomes of the polling in real-time, using graphs and export reports, as shown in the following screenshots respectively.
