This module provides the ability to define pages within the website as News. Once a page is flagged as news, the home page is tailored to ensure a high exposure region is created with the news page link. The following screen shot shows how a page can be flagged as news. The benefit of this module is that more click throughs to new and important pages can be driven from the websites home page.
The Internetrix website has the news module in place. If you notice the top right hand corner there is a latest news section. All pages which are flagged as News are listed in order there.
