The address module provides you with a graphical method of representing locations on your website, using Google Maps. With this module, you can simply enter the desired address into Freestyle, and obtain the geographic coordinates of that location using Freestyle’s inbuilt functionality that allows you to interact with the Google Maps API. The interface used to create an address in the CMS is shown below.
Once the longitude and latitude details of the address have been retrieved, a user is able to associate the address with a specific page on the website, after which an interactive Google Map is displayed. An example Google Map is shown in the following screenshot.
This module can be used on pages such as the Contact Us page on your website, or in any situation where location is important.
