The Internetrix marketing team is responsible for positively representing the company's breadth of product portfolio to end users, partners and customers on a worldwide basis. Our approach is to embrace the strength of our products and services to drive marketing programs that are entrepreneurial, data driven and respectful of our customers and prospects. Internetrix is looking for a Marketing Manager who is a flexible, hardworking and able to quickly analyse, measure, position, package and promote our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Executive, Sales and Product Management teams
  • Assume primary responsibility for driving understanding of Internetrix current and target customer bases and drive development and execution of strategic marketing plans
  • Clearly communicate marketing strategy to senior management and the organisation
  • Develop and reinforce processes for interaction with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Product Management
  • Prioritise and set consistent strategic direction and strategies for customer acquisition, retention and internal and external communications
  • Develop and implement marketing programs, positioning and messaging, naming and collateral for new and existing products
  • Evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns and manage expenses to a budget
  • Work with global marketing teams to share best practices and coordinate marketing activities
  • Grow and manage the recruitment, evaluation and professional development needs of the Internetrix marketing team

Requirements:

  • A Marketing Degree or equivalent
  • Ideal candidate will have 4 years experience in marketing management preferably with technical products
  • Experience shaping research and analysis of current and target customers
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing and executing marketing plans
  • Understanding of the search, internet, online and traditional advertising mediums
  • Experience managing marketing teams including hiring, managing performance and developing skill set of direct reports
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI
