Internetrix @ the 16th Annual CTPM Forum

6 August 2009

Internetrix will be exhibiting at the Centre of Total Productive Maintenance’s (CTPMs) 16th Annual Forum for the first time this year, on August 17. The forum unites organizations following TPM and Lean manufacturing practices throughout Australia and fosters learning and networking.

TPM brings plant and equipment maintenance into focus and increases productivity by avoiding emergency and unscheduled repairs. An important bi-product of TPM is increased employee morale and job satisfaction through increased employee empowerment and responsibility.

“I think there’s been a real move towards best practices. They’re particularly necessary for the current climate when people have to tighten there belts and focus on value added practices and processes, there’s less room for error,” said Internetrix’s General Manager, Daniel Rowan.

The forum includes TPM leaders and experts from many high profile companies including Dr. David M Williams from the DMW Group, Sugar Australia, the Coopers Brewery, Australian Paper and New Zealand Sugar.

The 16th Annual CTPM Forum is being held on Monday 17 August at the Citigate Central Hotel, Sydney. Internetrix will be exhibiting at table 2 in the networking area of the forum throughout the day.

“We look forward to being able to help other companies achieve the same fantastic results online that they’ve managed to achieve in the plant via TPM,” Mr. Rowan said.
