Centre for TPM (Australasia) chooses Affinity

24 November 2004

Internetrix is excited to announce a new client for our rapidly growing management solutions division, with leading consultancy and training organisation, the Centre for TPM (Australasia) (CTPM) signing off on an implementation of Affinity, the Internetrix customer management solution.

The Centre for TPM (Australasia), who recently commissioned Internetrix to redevelop their website, has extensive experience in helping leading process-driven companies implement TPM3. TPM is a methodology that was realised in the 1970's in Japan as a result of the Toyota Production System. TPM3 is an enhanced and expanded Australasian version of TPM spanning the entire supply chain. It maximises productive capacity, minimises cost, improves workplace conditions and culture.

As an international company with offices throughout Australasia, CTPM was struggling to maintain visibility and transparency of customer information throughout the organisation. Relying on a mixture of tools including an off-the-shelf CRM system and Excel spreadsheets, CTPM realised their systems were limiting their growth and resulting in high administrative burdens for head-office staff in supporting their satellite offices.

Affinity will allow CTPM staff to access one, central, accurate customer database from anywhere, via the internet. It will support advanced yet easy to use tools to segment their customer data, and through Affinity's prospect system, the CTPM staff will be able to work more closely with one another, no matter where they are.

If you're interested in finding out if your business can achieve savings and benefits like our other Affinity customers, please don't hesitate to contact us today on 1800 007 581.
