May 2004
A few readers from last month’s newsletter noted that it didn’t contain much news from Internetrix – a lot of great tips and information, to be sure, but no big announcements.
The short reason is – we were saving them all up for May!
Since our last newsletter, we’ve completed a major upgrade of Nucleus, our knowledge management system – which you can try yourself – and have deployed a new server to keep pace with the success of our clients (and the pressures they put on our hard working systems!). We’ve also signed a range of new clients in the Engineering industry and are proud to launch the new site for DAViDS real estate, among others (see recent projects).
Of course, it wouldn’t be an Internetrix newsletter without some really useful and interesting tid-bits that we hope you'll appreciate. This month, highlighting a special service from Microsoft, where they’ll send you a FREE patch CD – great for those of you on slow modem connections – and we also profile the interesting world of Google, where some engineers have a pretty good sense of humour in poking fun at US Foreign Policy.
Thanks for reading, and look forward to sending next month’s dispatch from Europe while I take a few weeks to do a "study tour" lap around the world.
