It’s the end of another month, and with all of the public holidays and short weeks, we’ve only just managed to get this month’s newsletter out in time!
This month we’ve get an edition jam-packed with useful information. Our lead story will be of interest to anyone who’s received one of those scam letters about renewing your domain name, and been a bit confused and concerned about it. One of the biggest offenders in Australia has been found guilty of misleading & deceptive conduct – and about time we say!
This issue also contains some exciting information about a new service for business, which allows you to make phone calls over the internet – not only is it at least as good as traditional phone quality, it’s also a lot cheaper, and it’s available now!
We’ve also got some great tips to make your online experience better, with an intro to your own personal news service powered by Google, and a new web browser which is faster, better, and more secure than Internet explorer – read on to find out more about Firefox.
