Illawarra sees exposure of "shonky" web company

Last Saturday's Illawarra Mercury carried a story exposing the
case of a local psychologist who contracted another web developer
to create her site.
This case serves as a warning to local businesses of the potential
danger of shonky operators which are operating in the local IT sector.
Low barriers to entry on the part of new operators, and a generally
low level of technical sophistication on the part of clients, makes
it quite easy for shonky providers to operate in the marketplace
and rip people off.
