February 4 2001

Hi everyone.

Just back from QLD, and figured that it made sense to make a "token" effort of an email dispatch at least.

I did not know the Queenslanders named one of their Gold Coast theme parks after the weather around those parts - Wet and Wild.

Still, the weather could have been a lot worse. I saw on the news that somewhere near Cairns got over 200mm of rain in one day, and at least we got some good long sunny breaks where we were, so I shan't complain.

A little thin on news this week (as you would expect), so look forward to a bumper update next week!

Thanks for reading!

Geoff
