Internetrix Launches IRIS Research

Internetrix recently finished a major upgrade to the Illawarra Regional Information Service (IRIS) website, freshening the design and upgrading the back-end to support Freestyle 4.

"We recently had a staff change, and needed to make our website easier for new staff members to administer," explains Martin O'Shannessy, Executive Director of IRIS. "We'd been using an earlier version of Freestyle to maintain our website for some time, and when Internetrix demonstrated the new, user friendly features of version 4, we knew it was just what we needed".

Taking advantage of the upgrade, IRIS also commissioned Internetrix to conduct a "freshen up" of the design for the site. The new design represents a major improvement on layout and ease of use, and was developed in close consultation with the IRIS staff on a short deadline.

To revamped IRIS site is available at http://www.iris.org.au/.
